For those of you who have experienced any difficulty with our phone system, here are a few helpful and key points which should make navigation of the system easier:

 If you call someone, and reach their voicemail- and then decide that you’d like to try another extension, you can dial * 8 to transfer to another extension  after getting to the initial voicemail. Then you can dial the new extension number, and be directly connected without having to hang up and call back.
