Spiritual Growth

Spiritual growth is a lifelong pursuit. We're here to learn and grow, the ultimate goal of which is the cultivation of our souls, the unfolding of our powers and capacities as human beings. There are many opportunities for spiritual growth here at Shelter Rock, including worship, small group ministry, and social action. We also offer a variety of adult education classes, workshops, and other kinds of programs intentionally designed to foster this aim. Specifically, we provide learning experiences in the areas of our Unitarian Universalist history and heritage, ethics and social justice, personal exploration and growth, and spiritual practice and the cultivation of the soul.
